Ear Stretcher Blowout

Can anyone tell me if this is a blowout? They don't hurt anymore it's been less then 24 hours 24mm I've always had issues with this ear. My lobes not swollen or Ear Blowout Symptoms and Treatment Blowout, plug stuck in ear for 3 days. There's puss, I don't have sea salt, with pink or regular salt work? Any advice would be great. I know, I forced it. I'm Ear Stretcher Blowout
