Eyebrow Piercing Gone Wrong

got an eyebrow piercing a few days ago and noticed this today. does anyone have any advice or knowledge on what this is / what i should do? : r/ piercing Friday, I got my eyebrow pierced. On Sunday, I noticed some redness and swelling. I continued cleaning as my piercer said and used some saline solution.
