Hypertrophic Scar Nose Piercing

dermatologist said it's a hypertrophic scar and to take it out, piercer said to leave it in. What do I do??? I don't wanna lose this piercing but I don't want an Piercetology on Instagram: "4 months old Nose Piercing done in KL with Hypertrophic Scarring. She did everything right.
