Bio-Oil Philippines - A keloid scar is an overgrowth of tissue that occurs when too much collagen is produced at the site of the wound and the scar keeps growing, even after Tea Tree Oil for Keloids: How It Works, How to Use It, and More 5 months post op and scars puffy and red.
